Junior Academy Elite

Academy Elite is our advanced development programme designed for young golfers who are ready to take the next step from practice facilities onto the golf course.

Built on over a decade of academy experience, Academy Elite sits at the crucial range-to-course transition phase, supporting players who have developed a solid technical foundation and demonstrated the maturity and behaviour required on golf club premises.

This programme provides structured, supervised on-course coaching, focusing on the skills that truly matter when it counts:

• Course management and decision-making

• Shot selection and strategy

• Golf etiquette and rules in real playing environments

• Competition play & Scorecard marking

• Building confidence and independence on the course

This is a coach invite-only programme (coach will hand select players that are ready) and costs an additional £8 per month on top of your academy subscription. The session will take place on the first Friday of every month at 5:30pm (*subject to holidays and daylight), and will be 2-hours in length.

While our core Academy sessions remain predominantly facility-based, Academy Elite introduces monthly, purposeful on-course time for players who are serious about progression. Sessions are scheduled at quieter periods, ensuring a positive and pressure-free experience.

Academy Elite works seamlessly alongside our term-time coaching and Academy Pro programme, offering a clear and inspiring pathway from junior golfer to confident course player, and ultimately towards club membership and competitive golf.
